You can live on earth for a long period with better health, without illness and cheerful life with the help of YOGA. I hope you are familiar with this INDIAN word YOGA. In you daily life you spent only few Minuit's and you will feel a change in your life. Here I am giving you seven steps for better health. Yes with the help of these 7 steps, any person who have any illness can feel a change in his body. He will feel better from the first day. Before I explain these 7steps please note that you should start these steps with empty stomach. You can do it after 5 hours from your meal or dinner. Be sure to get free from pressure of toilet. These steps are simple and any person from child to old person of 100 can do it. Here are the steps starts. You can sit on floor on a blanket with a lotus position of your legs or you can sit on a armless chair. OK? In Indian language these steps call as PRANAYAMA. You can call these as breathing exercise. But these are not only breathing exercises. This is the scientific system developed by ancient Indian Yogis. Step 1-- Sit down with straight spin hands on legs lap, palms upwards, eyes closed. Take a deep breath with nose. Remember that your stomach should be empty only lungs should be fulfilled with air and at once take out breath completely. Mouth should be closed. Do it up to at least 20 times and relax. You can repeat it up to five sets of 20 times. You can do it up to 3 or 4 mi nits. In Sanskrit this step is called as BHASTRIKA PRANAYAMA. Remember one thing in this step your chest or Brest should be expand during inhale, and chest or Brest should be come in normal position during exhale. Caution-- your stomach should be remain normal. Step 2-- Sit down as you were in step1. In this step your chest or Brest's will remain normal during inhale or exhale and stomach come out and go in towards spine. you should learn it very consciously and be careful while reading next pera. First of all inhale as normal you do it, mouth should be closed. now exhale some what faster than normal movement and during exhale your stomach should go in side towards spine. Then inhale and your stomach should become normal. This is a continuous process of inhale and exhale. And stomach should go in towards spine and come out normal. Remember one thing during inhale and exhale your chest or Brest will be in normal position, it means that you lungs will not take air in or out but air will go in or come out from stomach during breathing. You should do it up to 100 count at a time I mean one inhale and one exhale is one count. Do it up to 10 to 20 mi nits. In Sanskrit this step is called as KAPALBHATI PRANAYAMA Step 3-- Sit down as you were in step 2. In this step there are two positions. In first position sit normal spine strat up, exhale your breath completely, stop breathing let your neck down and close your chin in to throat. You are still in exhale position, let go in your stomach towards spin without breathing stop stomach near spin. Count up to six. Then let your neck come in normal position. You can do this position thrice. In second position exhale completely and stop breathing let your neck go down head down and chin in to throat. With exhale empty stomach go in side up to spine and come in normal position. It means your stomach should move inward and outward without breathing. Count up to 30, then your neck will come in normal position, and inhale with nose. These two positions are called in Sanskrit as BAHYA-KUMBHAK and AGNISAR. Step 4-- Sit down as you were in step 3. In this step your right hand's thumb will close your right nasal and inhale deep with your left nasal. Now with your middle finger of right hand close the left nasal and exhale from right nasal, now with closer of left nasal from middle finger of right hand, inhale from right nasal and close right nasal with thumb of right hand and exhale from left nasal. This completes one round. Do these rounds up to 15 mi nits daily. This step is called in Sanskrit as ANULOM-VILOM PRANAYAMA. Step 5-- Sit down as you were in step 4. In this step close both ears from thumbs of both hands, close both eyes from middle fingers, and inhale deep after it exhale slowly with a noise from throat like as OMKAR or AMINE it will sound like oooooooommmmee. You can do it 3 to 5 times. Your neck will remain straight during this position. This step is called in Sanskrit as UDBHIT PRANYAMA. Step 6-- Sit down as you were in step 5. In this step both hands will lay down on knees and exhale completely. Now inhale slowly front nose and make some pressure on throat.and there should be a sound from throat while you inhale like eeeeeeee----. Now stop breath in side lungs and move your neck down wards. Count up to 6 and come back in normal position now close the right nasal from the thumb of right hand, and exhale from left nasal. You can repeat it 3 to 5 times. This step is called in Sanskrit as OOJAYEE PRANYAMA. Step 7-- Sit down and relax, now meditate for at least five Minuit. Do your daily work with a joy full mood and enjoy the life without illness.
